Custom Orders/Personalized Orders

We are unable to do custom orders/designs.

The matcha sifter beads are pre-selected in sets. We are unable to substitute different sifter beads. 

All our available items are listed on our website.

Pick-up Orders

We do not offer pick-up orders. 

Bulk Orders/Wholesale

We do not accept bulk orders/purchases or wholesale

Orders/Cancellations/Refunds

We do not accept order cancellations or refunds. All sales are final. If you have an issue with your order, please email us hello@bbymochis.com

Processing Time, Shipping & Handling

Please review your shipping address carefully. Once the package has been dropped off, the shipping addressed cannot be changed. If you realized there is an error, please notify us the same business day/as soon as possible. You may email hello@bbymochis.com

Processing time is 3-5 business days. During peak times, the processing times may take slightly longer.  Processing times do not include Sundays and Holidays.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. 

Once your package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it is no longer within our control. Any delivery issues needs to be addressed with the shipping provider.

If your package has been delayed in transit for an extended period, we can initiate a search with the shipping courier and file a lost package. We will try our best to assist you if a problem occurs that arises. 

International Orders

Any import duties, taxes, or customs are the responsibility of the buyer. It is NOT included in the item price or shipping costs. 

Product Care

Prior to first use:

Hand wash with warm water and mild dish soap. Pat dry with a paper towel and let it air dry. Avoid using abrasive sponges and leaving extended moisture or dirt for extended periods. 

Daily care instruction:

We recommend using a coffee brush to remove excess matcha/hojicha powder off the sifter weights after each use. It does not need to be washed with soap each each use. We recommend washing it with warm water and mild dish soap once a week.
