Mirror finish is prone to scratches overtime due to friction. Small minor scratches are normal due to the manufacturing process. 

Prior to first use:

• Hand wash with warm water and mild dish soap
• Pat dry with paper towel and let it air dry
• Avoid abrasive sponges
• Avoid leaving moisture or dirt for extended periods

We recommend using a coffee brush to brush off excess matcha after each use.
