Why did you guys create bbymochis?

We created this business because we wanted to make the matcha making experience and unique. As a matcha lover, we also love being creative and designing pieces that add personality to everyday routines. Creating new designs allow us to combine both passions while making our daily matcha routine feel more special. 

What is the purpose of the matcha sifting beads?

Our sifting beads is designed to sift matcha quickly and smoothly. The bead glides easily across the sieve, helping push the powder through for a fine, clump-free sift. This is a perfect way to break up the matcha/hojicha clumps that are formed from humidity and transport. It's a simple and convenient alternative to using a bamboo chashaku or measuring spoon
